Cutting is part of every construction, it can be done in various ways depending on the material and their thickness.
The right choice of method is necessary to obtain the desired product, without reducing its metallurgical strength and quality.
CUTTING TECHNOLOGIES:
01
In 2004, our company invested in the new Laser cutting technology and began its collaboration with the German company Trumpf. In 2004 the first TruLaser CO2 machine with a 4000W source and 4000X2000mm machining table was installed, followed in 2007 by the purchase of the second Laser machine with a 3000X1500mm machining table.
In 2012, the third TruLaser CO2 machine was installed with a 6000W source and a 4000x2000mm machining table, which offered the company greater ability to process large thicknesses and a variety of materials. Our move to the new premises in 2021 was combined with the purchase of two more Laser machines of the new Fiber technology of the German House Trumpf, with processing tables of 6000x2500mm and 3000x1500mm with a processing power of 6000W.
Why choose cutting with a laser technology machine:
High accuracy
Cutting quality
High cutting speed
Small cutting width (kerf)
Very small heat affected zone
Ability to cut a variety of materials

The materials we can process for you with the Laser machine:
The company has two pantographs with multiple oxygen cutting torches, as well as a Plasma technology CNC cutting machine with a high definition generator. In 2017, a hybrid machine of multiple machining technologies from the well-known company Microstep was added to the workforce.
The machine is capable of cut a pipe up to 500mm in diameter with Plasma technology with a high definition generator, oxygen cutting technology, bevel cutting, drilling and pipe cutting.
What hybrid technology excels at:
Combining multiple machining technologies in the same piece
High precision and cutting quality, especially in larger thicknesses
